Mr. Henrie created an Investment Structure in NOVO to secure highly sought after content rights, fund development, attach valuable talent to then present complete content packages to the marketplace that are production ready.

David is a founding partner of Novo Media Group, (NMG). Currently, David is Executive Producing and writing on the Netflix series A TALE DARK & GRIMMM which NMG is producing. It’s now available to stream on Netflix as an original and was top 10 in the world for Netflix.

David is well known actor for most known for playing ‘Justin Russo” in Disney Channel’s WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE, which is the only show in Disney channel history to win multiple Emmys and gained him over 12million followers on social media. In addition to staring in Wizards, David also got his start writing on the show making him the youngest actor in Disney channel history to also be a writer.

David recently directed THIS IS THE YEAR, that he wrote and produced with Selena Gomez, which is now available on all VOD services and is now directing a NMG produced film starring Mel Gibson called Boys of Summer.

Lorenzo is a founding partner at Novo Media Group and has 20 years of experience as an actor most known for being in one of the biggest cable series for AMC Fear the Walking dead Lorenzo also starred in Novo's This IS THE YEAR which was produced with Selena Gomez. Through Lorenzo's 20 plus years in the industry he has built-up top-level industry relationships with networks, actors, and agencies which help Novo's goals of bringing the best content to the marketplace.

Amanda is the head of development for Novo Media Group. After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in Comparative Literature, she lived abroad for a few years: first as a Fulbright Scholar in Cologne, Germany; then as an MFA student in Milan, Italy. She went on to work as translator for various European production companies before transitioning to TV writing for Disney Italia. Now stateside, she has since worked in creative development for Novo Media and co-producer on NMG's Mel Gibson feature film BOYS OF SUMMER and Netflix original kids' animation series A TALE DARK AND GRIMM. She has a soft spot for making children’s stories bearable for parents, saying the quiet part out loud, and jokes in the rule of three.

Denis J. Gallagher is the Founder/Chairman of BOLD Capital Group, LLC. BOLD Capital Group currently has investments and management participation in a diversified portfolio of companies.

With over 46 years of experience as a seasoned executive in start-up and established companies he has closed and merged over 250 acquisitions and arranged financing through banks and financial institutions around the world. Currently he serves as Advisor and works with several Boards of private companies in entertainment, technology, Web3 and clean energy along with Hop Skip Drive, a fast-growing, innovative youth transportation company.

In a new twist of businesses he is a current member of Israel-based bitoftrade’s Board of Directors, a new forward leading crypto technology exchange. He also makes time from his home in Charleston, SC to serve as a Director of the Belafonte Family and STI Cares Foundations.

Denis spent his first 20 years in the transportation business with family owned New Jersey based Coast Cities which he sold and worked with Laidlaw Inc. in Canada for nine years. In 1996 he left to become Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Student Transportation Inc. (STI), which in 2004 he listed on (TSX) Toronto and (NASDAQ) Stock Exchanges prior to a go-private sale in April 2018. He has worked closely with pension funds and family offices as well as Quebec and French Government funds as shareholders.
